Because trailers are high-value products that require titling, registration, and transportation, all trailer sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a trailer has been purchased and delivered or taken from our dealership.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your trailer at the time of pickup or delivery. If you believe your trailer was delivered with damage or does not match your purchase agreement, notify Trailer Works of Laramie immediately so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Manufacturer Warranty
Many trailers sold by Trailer Works of Laramie include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and model. Any warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.
